Sizing

Adults

If your feet fall between the sizes, we suggest you go up to the next size.

Otherwise, choose your regular shoes size. An initial tight fit is recommended as new sheepskin will stretch and the wool will compress after wear.

If you choose to wear socks with your ugg boots we suggest you go up a size.

Australian & New Zealand Customers:

All items will be sent by Australia Post with a flat fee of $15.

Delivery times within Australia are 2 - 5 working days.

Delivery to New Zealand is 3 - 7 working days.

Your order will usually be despatched within 24 hours.

International Customers:

There are three options for International Shipping

lost in transit. With Airmail postage, a flat $30 shipping charge applies for all international orders.

 2. Airmail Insured (Partly Traceable) Your boots can be insured in transit by selecting the Airmail Insured option in the shopping cart. This adds $10 to the cost of shipping, for a total of $40.

 3. Express Courier International (Fully Traceable) This is an option if a guaranteed 7 day delivery period is required. It can be purchased as a separate item within the shopping cart and costs $55.

Delivery times

We do not guarantee delivery times, but Airmail and Airmail Insured postage usually take between 7 and 14 working days, depending on destination, and provided there are no delays in customs.

ECI postage guarantees delivery within 7 working days, provided there are no delays in customs.

Sydney UGG Boots is not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.

International customers might have to pay an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office.

Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer. You, as the customer, are responsible for all such taxes, fees, and charges.

Cleaning instructions for sheepskin footwear:

• Hand wash only. Do not use a washing machine.
• Hand wash in warm water. For better results use with 20ml Woolskin Shampoo (available here) per 10 litres water.
• Leave to soak for 10 minutes
• Gently rub the upper surface with a sponge to remove ingrained marks. To avoid discolouration and roughening the surface, do not rub aggressively.
• Rinse thoroughly with cold water until water runs clear.
• Gently squeeze out any excess water.
• Re-form the footwear and allow to dry naturally. Do NOT dry in direct sunlight or in front of heating devices.
• Once the footwear is dry, lightly buff the suede surface with a dry towel to restore the original nap.

Initial Protection

Sheepskin UGG boots are not designed to be worn in very wet conditions or in the snow, however their water-repellence can be greatly enhanced with the application of the Woolskin Protector, which is available on this site.

If this product is applied to the sheepskin before use, it provides a remarkably effective seal against dirt and any discolouration this might cause.

Cleaning

IF your boots do become soiled and stained, they can be safely laundered by hand warm water.

We suggest the use of the Woolskin Shampoo available on this site, which also contains a conditioning agent to lubricate the skin and enhance the air circulation between the wool fibres.

For hand washing leave to soak for 10 minutes and then squeeze by hand until clean, but be sure not to stretch the skin.

Rinse thoroughly with cold water until it runs clear, squeeze out any excess water and leave in a warm place to dry away from any direct heat or sunlight.

Persistent oily stains can also be treated by applying white chalk dust to the soiled area. After a few minutes blow off the dust and rub the stain. If the stain persists, a suede brush can be used but be warned that this can remove some colour.

Variations in Colour

Sheepskin is a totally natural product and as such each skin will respond in a slightly different way to the dyeing process. For this reason you may notice small variations in colour from one boot to the next.

Returns

All products sold by Sydney UGG Boots are covered by a 14 day manufacturer's warranty.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.

To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery.
All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason.

We will then provide you with further instructions.

The goods can be exchanged within 21 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels.

When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
